Blue Knight Marketing LLC (“Blue Knight Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a local SEO agency headquartered in Saint Petersburg, Florida. We help home service businesses rank in the top 3 of Google Maps results through the Business Ranking Program.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

• blueknightmarketing.com — our primary business website
• content.blueknightmarketing.com — a subdomain hosting static content pages used by our internal social media automation workflows

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Contact form — name, email address, phone number (optional), business type (optional), and message. Submitted via Formspree on our behalf.
• Strategy call booking — name, email address, and details provided in the scheduling flow. Handled by Cal.com.
• Client onboarding — if you become a client, we collect business information, service area details, and credentials for platforms we manage on your behalf (e.g., Google Business Profile). You authorize this access explicitly in your service agreement.

Information Collected Automatically

• Browser preferences — we store a display theme preference in your browser’s localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
• Hosting logs — our host (Netlify) logs standard request data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used solely for security and infrastructure monitoring.

Content Subdomain (content.blueknightmarketing.com)

This subdomain hosts static HTML pages that our internal automation reads to format and distribute video content to social media platforms. No personal information is collected from visitors to this subdomain. The pages contain no forms, cookies, or tracking scripts and are not designed for general public interaction.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Social Media and Media Connection Applications

Blue Knight Marketing LLC operates social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok. We use third-party automation tools and platform APIs to connect these accounts for content scheduling and distribution.

These connections operate on behalf of Blue Knight Marketing LLC only — not on behalf of website visitors. We do not collect, access, or store visitor personal data through any social media integration.

When our automation tools connect to our social accounts, they access only what’s necessary to post content: post text, media files, scheduling metadata, and basic engagement analytics. No visitor data from blueknightmarketing.com or content.blueknightmarketing.com is included in or transmitted alongside this data.

For clients whose social or business profiles we manage, access is limited to platforms and permissions explicitly granted in your service agreement and is revoked at the end of the engagement.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following providers only as needed to deliver our services:

Each provider processes data only as directed by us and under confidentiality obligations.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We do not deploy advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics) on blueknightmarketing.com. The only browser storage we use is localStorage for display preferences, which does not transmit data to any server.

Third-party embeds such as Cal.com booking widgets and Instagram iframes may set their own cookies, which are governed by those platforms’ privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

Contact form and scheduling data is retained for up to three (3) years from collection, or for the duration of a client engagement plus three years, whichever is longer. After that period, data is securely deleted. Browser localStorage data persists until you clear your browser storage; we have no remote means to delete it.

8. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal data is collected and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal data). 9. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, restricted access controls, and vetted third-party processors to protect your data. No internet transmission is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you promptly as required by applicable law.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If we discover that we have done so, we will delete that data promptly.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. Changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
