1. Acceptance

By accessing blueknightmarketing.com or content.blueknightmarketing.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and any automated systems that access our URLs.

2. About Our Services

Blue Knight Marketing LLC provides local SEO consulting and Google Maps ranking services to home service businesses through the Business Ranking Program (“the Program”). The Program includes a one-time onboarding engagement and ongoing monthly management, with a written performance guarantee described in Section 3 below.

Information on this website describes our services for prospective and current clients. It does not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice. Specific commitments are made only in written service agreements signed by both parties.

3. The 120-Day Performance Guarantee

We guarantee top-3 placement in the Google Maps local pack for the primary service area agreed to in writing prior to the start of your engagement. If that placement is not achieved within 120 days of onboarding completion:

• Recurring monthly billing pauses until the agreed placement is reached.
• The one-time onboarding fee is non-refundable. It covers delivered work product — website build, profile optimization, citations, and audit — that remains yours regardless of outcome.
• Billing resumes automatically once the placement target is met and confirmed.
• The guarantee does not apply to secondary service areas, additional locations, or keywords outside the scope confirmed at onboarding.

The full guarantee terms are documented in your service agreement. In the event of a conflict between this page and your signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.

4. Payment Terms

• Onboarding fee: $750, due before campaign work begins. Non-refundable.
• Monthly billing: $500/month (month-to-month), $1,350/quarter (3-month plan), or $2,400 per six months (6-month plan), per the plan selected at signup.
• Billing is automatic via the payment method on file. Late or failed payments may pause active campaign work without waiving any unpaid balance.
• All amounts are in United States dollars. Applicable taxes are the client’s responsibility.

5. Content Subdomain (content.blueknightmarketing.com)

The content subdomain hosts static pages used by Blue Knight Marketing’s internal automation to format and distribute educational video content to social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

• These pages are provided for internal workflow purposes and are not a public product or consumer-facing service.
• Visitors may view content pages but may not copy, scrape, or redistribute the content without written permission from Blue Knight Marketing LLC.
• The content on these pages is original work owned by Blue Knight Marketing LLC and protected under applicable copyright law.
• Blue Knight Marketing makes no representations that the content subdomain will be continuously available or that any specific page will remain accessible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on blueknightmarketing.com and content.blueknightmarketing.com — including text, graphics, logos, video content, and code — is the property of Blue Knight Marketing LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright law.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from our sites without prior written consent. Linking to our pages is permitted.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or content to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data for any commercial purpose
• Gather competitive intelligence about our clients or pricing for use by competing businesses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Transmit malware, spam, or any content that violates applicable law
• Impersonate Blue Knight Marketing LLC or its representatives

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the written performance guarantee in your signed service agreement, our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results beyond those committed in writing. Search engine rankings are influenced by factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competitor actions, and platform policy updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Knight Marketing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Knight Marketing LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services in a manner not authorized by your service agreement.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Before initiating litigation, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by written notice with a 30-day cure period.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website contains links to third-party platforms (Cal.com, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those platforms. Links do not constitute endorsement.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For active clients, material changes to service terms will be communicated directly and require acknowledgment before taking effect.
